Q: What happens if my clinician gets sick?
A: Your Home Health Care employs “as needed” clinicians, so if your clinician is ill, we make every effort to reschedule your appointment or send a different clinician to meet your needs.
Q: Are your clinicians insured and bonded?
A: Yes. Every clinician at Your Home Health Care is licensed, insured, and bonded. To help ensure the safety and well being of our clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance and then cover each clinician with general liability insurance.
Q: Will I have a choice of who comes to my home?
A: Yes. We encourage your involvement in the decision-making process. And with our screening and selection system, you can rest assured that we do our best to take the guesswork out of matching the right clinician to you and your family.

A: No, we provide services to individuals 18 years and up with disabilities, victims of accidents, people recovering from a recent illness or surgery, and/or anyone who needs nursing and rehabilitation.
